- Grilled cheese not too profitable, find new ideas
- Quiznos being tried next month
- Wrap with deli meat a suggestion as well as soup and a bun
- Non-profit womens kitchen could provide soups
- Encourage 2 x Grade 6 students helpers in handing out every lunch.

- Log online and register your vote for 1 or 2 week Spring Break
- No public wireless yet, but all new wireless hubs have been installed
- Well done Mr Kavanaugh for winning a $5000 smartboard for the school library
- Legal Job Action is over, vote this Thursday by teachers. Withdrawal of volunteer services and detailed report cards.
- New running club Monday and Friday recess has proved very successful
- 60minclub still low on registration
- May 17th RUN FOR WATER 10:15 – 11:40am
- Thank you PAC for funding the excellent Zumba classes and Artist Stephan Baker
- New playground equipment installed and new spinners are here but yet to be installed
- Earth Week this week
- 2 x new trees/ picnic tables / plants for the renovated courtyard.
OLD BUSINESS:
- MOVIE NIGHT – Set for May 11th. Think it will be Chipwrecked. Announcement to be made at the beginning to curb the running around of children as last movie night was ruined by kids messing around in the corridors and running around the Hall. Tia, Jayne and Natalie to help out on the door. Pizzas to be ordered by Ange..
NEW BUSINESS:
- Book Fair running this week
- Class photos May 3rd
- BC FED PAC Letter issued to all PAC's to support work done by PAC's during the strike action. They are hoping that strike action has not influenced the essential PAC progress and encourage commitment for parent involvement.
- Suggested to arrange another Ho Down for next years fundraiser
- Amy booking a Ford test drive Day/Car wash fundraiser for September
- Skipping thanked Neufeld Farms for their latest fund raiser
- Jayne requested $100 to purchase Grade 6 leaving gifts
- Suggestions for something special for Donna Shanes retirement. She doesn't want a big fuss.
- Canadian Tire money collected in February was donated to the new courtyard for some patio umbrellas.
